Crew Sharing and Permissions
Invite the band and crew by email, then decide exactly what each person can see and change.
Invite people by email
Open Share Tour from Production Office → All Tours → Tour Actions (the three dots on the tour you want) → Share. Enter a name, role and email, adjust their access and tap Share. TRMNGR adds them and opens an email you can send. When they sign in with that email, the tour shows up under SHARED TOURS. You can also add people in Production Office → Crew with Add Person.
A person can have more than one email. Put them one per line or separated by commas, and they get access when they sign in with any of them.
View and Edit for every area
Each person has a View and an Edit checkbox for every area, grouped the way the app is laid out:

Quick buttons set View All, View None, Edit All or Edit None. New people start with view access to every Calendar and Stage area plus Contacts, Flights, Hospitality and Lodging. Money areas (Settlement, Cash Deposits) and Merch, Gear and Advance start off, and nobody gets edit access until you give it.
Roles and Apply to all crew
Roles are Band, Tour Manager, FOH Engineer, Lighting Designer, Production Manager, or a custom role you type. Set one person up the way you want, then use Apply to all crew on their Edit person screen and choose Everyone, Band or Crew. Crew means every role other than Band, including custom roles. Only access is copied, and the tour owner is never changed.
Locked areas
If someone taps an area they can't view, they see "Ask [owner] for permission to view." with the owner's name. To remove someone, tap Revoke in Share Tour. They stay in Crew as a contact with no access.
