Accounts and sign-in

How do I sign in to TRMNGR?

Open app.trmngr.com or the iPhone app and sign in with an email and password, Sign in with Google, or (on iPhone) Sign in with Apple. To make a new login, type your email and a password of at least 6 characters and tap Create account.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in screen tap Reset password, enter your login email and tap Send reset email. If you are already signed in, use Reset Password in Production Office → Profile.

Can I use Google and a password on the same account?

Yes. You can link Google to your login from Files → Sync with Google. If Google is your only way to sign in, add an email and password before you tap Disconnect Google, so you don’t lock yourself out.

Sharing tours and crew permissions

How do I share a tour with my band and crew?

Go to Production Office → All Tours, open the Tour Actions menu (the three dots on the tour you want) and tap Share. Enter the person’s name, role and email, set their access and tap Share. TRMNGR adds them to the tour and opens an email you can send them. They see the tour under SHARED TOURS when they sign in with that email. You can also add people in Production Office → Crew.

What can each person see or edit?

Each person has a View and Edit checkbox for every area: Show, Day Sheet, Notes, Tech Rider, Tickets Sold and Guest List (Calendar); Setlists, Stage Plot and Input List (Stage); and Contacts, Merch, Hospitality, Gear, Flights, Lodging, Advance, Settlement and Cash Deposits (Production Office). Merch is view-only because it comes from Square. Quick buttons set View All, View None, Edit All or Edit None.

What access do new people get by default?

View access to every Calendar and Stage area, plus Contacts, Flights, Hospitality and Lodging. Merch, Gear, Advance, Settlement and Cash Deposits start off, and nobody gets edit access until you give it. You can change this for each person before you share.

Can I give everyone the same permissions at once?

Yes. Set up one person the way you want, then use Apply to all crew at the bottom of their Edit person screen (Crew → tap the person). Choose Everyone, Band or Crew and tap Apply. Only view/edit access is copied, and the tour owner is never changed.

What happens when someone taps something they can’t see?

They see the message “Ask [owner] for permission to view.” with the tour owner’s name. It shows once per tap and doesn’t stack up. Opening a locked page directly shows a screen titled No Access that explains why.

How do I remove someone’s access?

In Share Tour (All Tours → the three dots on the tour → Share), tap Revoke next to their name under Shared With. They lose access but stay in Crew as a contact. To remove them completely, swipe their row left in Crew.

Files

Who can see my Files?

Your Files library (the Files tab) belongs to your login, not to the tour, so other people on the tour can’t browse it. Crew members have their own Files. Only files you choose to share are visible to someone else.

How do I share a file?

Open the file’s menu and tap Share. Share With a TRMNGR Account sends it by email to another TRMNGR user, who can view and download it but not rename, edit or delete it (files up to 20 MB). Share Via Other Apps uses your device’s share sheet. You can stop sharing any time with Remove under SHARED WITH.

What is a .trmngr file?

A .trmngr file is a complete copy of a tour. Save one from All Tours → Import/Export → Save .trmngr (to TRMNGR or your device) and load it later with Load tour file. TRMNGR also opens older .tourpro files.

Can I export to Excel or PDF?

Yes. A whole tour can be exported and imported as Excel from Import/Export. Day sheets, guest lists, hospitality riders, setlists, stage plots, input lists and gear lists export as PDFs. Gear also exports to and imports from Music Pro.

Merch and Square

How does the Square merch connection work?

The tour owner taps Connect with Square on the Merch page (Production Office → Merch) and approves access in Square. TRMNGR then shows today’s and the tour’s sales, units and on-hand counts by item and size, with low-stock flags.

Can TRMNGR change my Square items or charge cards?

No. The connection is read-only. You edit items and prices in your Square Dashboard, and TRMNGR never charges anything. Merch access for crew is view-only.

Google Calendar and Drive

Does TRMNGR work with Google Calendar?

Yes. From the Google screen (Files → Sync with Google), tap Connect Google Calendar. TRMNGR adds its own TRMNGR calendar and fills it with the open tour’s days. Turn on Auto Update Calendar to keep it current, or tap Push Calendar to update now. Clear Google removes the tour’s events.

What can TRMNGR see in my Google Drive?

Only the files TRMNGR creates in its own TRMNGR folder. You can push your Files library (the Files tab) to Drive with Push Files or Auto Update Drive, and remove what TRMNGR created with Clear Google.

Notifications

Does TRMNGR send reminders?

There is a Day Sheet Notifications setting in Preferences (Production Office → Profile) where you pick a lead time (5 minutes to 1 hour) and mark which day sheet items you want reminders for. In the iPhone and Android apps, your phone reminds you that long before each marked item starts, using the day sheet time in your phone’s current time zone; the first bell you turn on asks to allow notifications, and tapping a reminder opens that day. The web app doesn’t send reminders. If a belled time changes on a shared tour, reminders update the next time you open the app; on Android they also update in the background and send a Time changed alert if the item now starts within about 2 hours. Background updates on iPhone are coming soon.

Platforms

Where can I use TRMNGR?

In any modern browser at app.trmngr.com, on desktop or phone. The iPhone app is in beta on TestFlight. Android is coming.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The web app runs in your browser. On iPhone you can also join the TestFlight beta.

Account and support

How do I delete my account?

Go to Production Office → Profile (the person icon at the top right) → Delete Account. You will see the tours you own (deleted for everyone) and the tours you were invited to (you are just removed). Type DELETE and tap Delete My Account. If you can’t sign in, see the support page.

How do I get help?

In the app, tap Email Pags for TRMNGR Help in Production Office. It opens an email with your tour, role, app version and device filled in. Or email pags@inkableclothing.com with the subject “TRMNGR Help.”

Is there a manual?

Yes. The TRMNGR user guide covers every screen, button and setting, and you can search it.
