Work out per diems for the whole tour by day type, and how much cash each payout needs. Free, works on your phone, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
How to use it
- Enter how many people get per diems.
- Set a daily rate for show, off and travel days, and how many of each the tour has.
- Choose how often you pay out (every 7 days is weekly).
- Print the result or download a CSV for your budget.

Example rates are placeholders, not a recommendation. There is no standard per diem; set yours from your budget. Ask an accountant how per diems are treated for tax where you are.
TRMNGR doesn’t track per diems, so keep them in the free per diem tracker spreadsheet. TRMNGR runs the rest of the tour: calendar, day sheets, crew sharing and settlements.
