Get started with TRMNGR
From sign-in to a tour your whole crew can see, in eight steps.
- Open TRMNGR and sign in. Go to app.trmngr.com in any browser, or join the iPhone beta from the download page. Sign in with Google, with Apple on iPhone, or with an email and password (tap Create account for a new login).
- Create your tour. Go to Production Office (the fourth bottom tab) → All Tours → New. Start blank, or pick an existing band to copy its crew, contacts, hospitality, gear and stage setup.
- Add your dates. On the Calendar tab, tap + and add each day with its date, city, venue, capacity and address. Choose Show, Travel, Off or Rehearsal.
- Fill in a show day. Tap a day to open Day View. Add the day sheet (load-in, soundcheck, doors, set times), notes, hotel and contacts. On show days, add the guest list, hospitality and tech rider.
- Set up the Stage tab. Add a setlist, drag out the stage plot and fill in the input list. Each one exports a PDF.
- Share with your crew. Production Office → All Tours → Tour Actions (the three dots on the tour you want) → Share. Enter their name, role and email, set what they can view or edit, and tap Share. See Share a tour with your crew in 2 minutes.
- Turn on reminders (optional). In the iPhone or Android app, open Production Office → Profile (the person icon at the top right), turn on Day Sheet Notifications, pick a Reminder time, then tap the bell on the day sheet items you want reminders for.
- Connect Google and Square (optional). Files → Sync with Google to send days to Google Calendar and back up files to Drive. Production Office → Merch → Connect with Square to see merch sales (read-only).
