Production paperwork that stays current
- Stage Plot and Input List: drag-and-drop plot with musicians, mics, monitors and risers, plus a CH / INSTRUMENT / MIC / STAND / MIX input list. Both export as PDFs. See stage plot and input list.
- Tech riders per show: on each show day, attach a rider file (+ Add File) or link one (+ Add URL). Files live in Files › Tech Riders.
- Advance: every show day with its advance contacts and an Advanced checkbox.
- Gear: inventory with type, model, serial and replacement value. Flag items for the insurance list (Ins) and the travel manifest (Man), then export either one as a PDF, or export to Music Pro (Excel).
- Flights: flights with passengers picked from the crew list, also shown on each day.
- Contacts: venue, production and local contacts, assigned to the days they matter.
