Merch settlement calculator

Count in, count out, and see sold units, gross, tax, venue split, card fees and net to the band. Free, works on your phone, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

How to use it

1. Add each item and size with its price and count in. Add restocks under Adds and giveaways under Comps.
2. After the show, enter count out. Sold and gross fill in.
3. Set sales tax, the venue’s soft and hard goods percentages and what they apply to, plus any seller fee and card fees.
4. Settle with the venue from the result, then print it or download a CSV.

Example items and percentages are placeholders. Venue terms vary: confirm the split, what it applies to and who sells in the advance. Card fees depend on your processor and plan.
