Calendar and Day View: build the run day by day (show, travel, off, rehearsal) and fill each day with the schedule, notes, hotel, contacts and guest list. Day sheets export as PDFs for the venue.
Advance: Production Office → Advance lists every show day with its advance contacts and an Advanced checkbox, so you can see what's left to confirm.
Settlement: worksheets for box office, the deal, merch, expenses, cash and the settlement due, with a template you can apply to every show and tour totals. See Production Office.
Cash Deposits: cash from settlements, what's deposited and what's still on hand.

Flights and Hotels: flights with passengers from the crew list, and lodging by date that also shows on each day.
