Production Office
The back office of the tour: advances, settlements, cash, gear, hospitality, hotels, flights and contacts.
Production Office is the fourth bottom tab. The open tour shows at the top; tap All Tours to switch. Each button opens its own page, and a gold Back To Production Office button brings you back.
Advance
One card per show day with city and venue. Contacts tagged with the Advance type show up with tap-to-call and tap-to-email. Tick Advanced when a show is fully advanced, and jump to that day's notes.
Settlement
Settle each show from worksheets with the math built in: Box Office (capacity, tickets sold, comps, ticket gross, taxes and fees), Deal Worksheet (guarantee, versus percentage or guarantee plus backend), Merch Settlement, Show Expenses, Cash Worksheet and Show Payment Worksheet, which totals the settlement due. Add custom fields and worksheets, drag to reorder, and set a Global Settlement Template (the gold globe icon at the top right of Settlement) to apply one layout to every show. Tour Totals add up every show.
Cash Deposits
A Cash Summary of cash from settlements, what's been deposited and what's still on hand. Log each deposit with Make Deposit.
Gear
Your inventory with type, model, serial number and replacement value. Mark items for the insurance list and the travel manifest, then export from the PDF icon at the top right of Gear: insurance list, manifest, full list, or Music Pro (Excel) export and import.
Hospitality, Hotels, Flights, Contacts
- Hospitality: the Tour Hospitality List that every show's rider draws from.
- Hotels: lodging by date, which also shows in Day View.
- Flights: airline, flight number, route, times, confirmation and passengers picked from your Crew list.
- Contacts: promoters, venue and production contacts with types such as Promoter, Venue, Production, Buyer, Advance, Local and DOS.
Crew, Band, Merch and Files
Crew holds the people on the tour and their access (see crew sharing). Band holds the band name and logo for PDFs. Merch shows Square sales. Files opens the same library as the Files tab.
