Setlists
Write the set once, see the runtime, attach it to the show and print a copy the band can read.
Build a setlist
Open the Stage tab. Setlists opens first. Tap + to create one, then Add Song with a title, minutes, seconds and notes. Song lengths add up to the set runtime. Drag the handle to reorder songs and swipe left to remove one. Copy Setlist duplicates a set when you want a festival version of the headline set.
Attach it to a show
In Day View, tap Assign Setlist in the show header to choose which set plays that night (or Change Setlist later). The setlist name, song count and runtime show in the header. Print Setlist exports a big-print PDF straight from the day.
Performing-rights tracking
Each setlist has checkboxes for Submitted To ASCAP, Submitted To BMI and Submitted To SESAC, so you can see at a glance which shows still need to be reported.
Big-print PDF
Export PDF saves a stage copy to Files › Setlists. Large type is the point: the setlist taped to the floor has to be readable under lights.
