Files and Sharing
A personal library for everything the tour produces, with read-only sharing and Google Drive backup.
Your library, organized
The Files tab belongs to your login, not to a tour, so everyone on the tour has their own Files. Folders are grouped as:
- DAILY: Day Sheets, Guest Lists, Settlements, Hospitality Riders.
- STAGE: Setlists, Stage Plots, Input Lists, Tech Riders, LED Wall, House Music Playlists.
- PRODUCTION: Contracts, Equipment, Saved Tours.
- CUSTOM: folders you create with Add Folder.
PDFs you export from the app land in the matching folder. Tap + inside a folder to upload a file from your device.
Share read-only
Open a file's menu and tap Share. Share With a TRMNGR Account sends it by email to another TRMNGR user, who can view and download it but can't rename, edit or delete it (files up to 20 MB). Share Via Other Apps opens your device's share sheet. Remove access any time under SHARED WITH.
Google Drive backup
From Files → Sync with Google, connect Google Drive. Push Files copies your folders to a TRMNGR folder in Drive now, and Auto Update Drive keeps it current. TRMNGR can only see files it created in that folder.
Whole-tour files
A .trmngr file is a complete copy of a tour. Save one from All Tours → Import/Export → Save .trmngr, and load it later with Load tour file. Older .tourpro files open too.
