Drive time and lobby call calculator

Add up drive times from your own distances and speeds, check hours per driver, and work back to lobby call. Free, works on your phone, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

How to use it

  1. Add each leg with the distance from your map app and a realistic average speed (towing a trailer is slower).
  2. Add stop time for fuel and food.
  3. Set how many people share the driving and the most hours one driver should drive in a day.
  4. In Lobby call, enter when you need to arrive and the drive time, and it works back to lobby call.

Lobby call

This tool does no mapping: use distances from your map app and set a speed that fits your vehicle and the roads. Hours-of-service rules apply to commercial drivers; in the US, FMCSA lists a 10-hour driving limit after 8 hours off duty for passenger-carrying drivers (FMCSA summary). Van tours aren’t usually covered, but tired driving is dangerous either way: set a limit and stick to it.

Put lobby call and drive notes on each day in TRMNGR so the whole crew sees them, with phone reminders on the times you pick.
