TRMNGR for bands
Know where to be, what you are playing and where you are sleeping, without asking the group chat.
For the people on stage
- Today, on your phone: Day View shows the schedule, address, hotel and notes for the day. Turn on the bell for soundcheck or set time and the iPhone or Android app reminds you before it starts.
- Setlists: build sets with song lengths, see the runtime, attach a set to each show and print a big-print stage copy. Tick Submitted To ASCAP, BMI or SESAC as you report shows. See setlists.
- Stage plot and input list: keep the plot and channel list together on the Stage tab and export PDFs for every advance. See stage plot.
- Guest list: add guests with quantity and pass type (VIP, Production Pass or Guest) on each show day and export a PDF for the box office.
- Merch: if the band sells through Square, see sales and on-hand counts by item and size. See merch.
No tour manager? Start small
Plenty of bands run their own tours. One person creates the tour, adds the dates and shares it with everyone else as view-only. That alone replaces most of the "what time is load-in?" messages. The quick start takes a few minutes.
