Estimate a tour’s income, costs and net, per show and per member, with a break-even guarantee. Free, works on your phone, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

How to use it

1. Fill in shows, average guarantee, any expected backend or door bonus, and merch.
2. Add costs: vehicle, fuel (distance, fuel efficiency and price), hotels, per diems, pay and the rest.
3. Set commissions and a contingency percentage.
4. Read the net, net per show, net per member and the break-even average guarantee. Print it or download a CSV.

All numbers are EXAMPLE placeholders. Commission bases differ between agreements (some managers commission net, not gross); match yours to your contracts. Break-even assumes your other income and costs stay as entered.
