TRMNGR for FOH, lighting and techs
The plot, the inputs and the schedule on your phone, always the current version.
What crew use most
- Day View: load-in, soundcheck, doors and set times, plus parking and Wi-Fi notes and the hotel. Set bells on the items you never want to miss, and your phone reminds you before they start (iPhone and Android apps).
- Stage Plot and Input List: the band's current plot and channel list on the Stage tab, and the PDFs to forward to the house engineer.
- Tech Rider: each show day can carry the rider file or link that was sent for that show.
- Contacts: the house production contact and venue contacts for the day, with tap-to-call.
- Flights and Lodging: your flights and the hotel for the night, if the tour owner shared them with you.
Your own Files
Files belong to your login, not the tour. Keep your own show files, scene notes or patch sheets in your Files library, back them up to Google Drive, and share them read-only with other TRMNGR users. See files.
Access is set by the tour owner
You see the areas the tour owner gives you. If you tap something locked, TRMNGR shows "Ask [owner] for permission to view." with the owner's name.
