What’s new in TRMNGR
Updated October 7, 2026. Written from the app’s own change history, newest first.
TRMNGR is in active development. Here’s what has changed in the app, in plain language. For how everything works today, see the user guide and features.
- Day sheet reminders: in the iPhone and Android apps, tap the bell on a day sheet item and your phone reminds you before it starts. Pick the lead time in Preferences.
- Stage Plot: new Riser item, a wide one-line bar that reads like "8 x 8 Riser".
- Crew: Apply to all crew copies one person’s access to Everyone, the Band or the Crew in one step.
- Stage tab: Setlists, Stage Plot and Input List now sit side by side, with Setlists opening first.
- The "Ask [owner] for permission to view." message shows once per tap instead of stacking up.
- Edit person: a cleaner Emails field.
- Files: share any file read-only with another TRMNGR account by email. Shared files show up in the matching folder, and suggestions are grouped under CREW and CONTACTS.
- Files are now private to each login, so everyone on a tour has their own library.
- New crew members can view Contacts, Flights, Hospitality and Lodging by default.
- Locked sections keep their heading but hide their contents; tapping them asks the owner for access.
- Fixed: people with more than one email now get access reliably, and changing someone’s email no longer leaves the old one behind.
- New accounts start with a clean slate.
- Tour files now use the .trmngr extension. Older .tourpro files still open.
- New tour: start blank, or start a tour for an existing band and copy its crew, contacts, hospitality, gear and stage setup.
- Everyone who signs in can open the Tours page and create their own tours.
- New users land on the Tours page instead of an empty placeholder tour.
- Day sheet bells are visible to everyone and controlled from Preferences.
- Connect with Square from the Merch page, and crew with Merch access see the same numbers.
- Sign in with Apple on iPhone.
- iPhone builds now go to the TestFlight beta.
- Merch is read-only from Square, with a simpler connect screen.
- Google Calendar asks for narrower permissions.
- Delete your account in the app: Production Office → Profile (the person icon at the top right) → Delete Account.
- Share Tour lists who has access, with Revoke. Removing someone from Crew also cancels their invite.
- PDFs draw curly quotes and emoji correctly instead of empty boxes.
- Long city and venue names wrap neatly in the calendar list.
- Settlement numbers with thousands separators save correctly.
- Invite and help emails link to app.trmngr.com.
- Placeholder tiles for unfinished features were removed.
- Global Settlement Template: set the worksheet layout once and apply it to every show day.
- Settlement totals can show as Money or Value.
- New TRMNGR logo, app icons and PDF mark.
- A help button in Production Office opens an email with your tour, role, app version and device filled in.
- Google sign-in asks only for basic access; Drive and Calendar are requested separately when you connect them.
- Zero amounts no longer show a minus sign.
- The app is now called TRMNGR (it was called Tour Pro during early development).
- Calendar is the first tab.
- Settlement redesign with Deal, Box Office, Merch Settlement, Expenses and Settlement Due worksheets, and you can delete worksheets you don’t use.
- Settlement and Cash Deposits arrive in Production Office.
- Google Drive backup for your Files.
- Custom folders in Files.
- Rehearsal is a new day type.
- Google Calendar improvements.
- Hospitality: a tour-wide list that each show’s rider draws from.
- Sign in with Google and sync with Google.
- Crew members can have more than one email.
- Faster startup.
- Shared tours sync between owner and crew, with a "by:" label showing who owns each shared tour.
- Crew access: choose what each person can view or edit, including Day View boxes and Stage tabs.
- Share Tour opens as a full page.
- Crew shown on Day View.
- Preferences cleanup.
- Full-page editors throughout the app.
- Stage plot PDFs match the on-screen layout.
- Square merch, Hammer as a maps option, and Preferences.
- The Inkable mark on exported PDFs.
