See what sold, what is left in each size and what is running low, straight from Square.
Merch with Square
TRMNGR connects to Square read-only (Production Office → Merch). You get:
- Today (Square) and Tour Total (Square): sales and units for the night and for the run.
- Catalog (Square): on hand, sold today and tour counts for each item, with sizes one tap away.
- Low inventory threshold: items at or below your number get a caution icon, so you can reorder before the XLs run out.
TRMNGR never changes your Square catalog or charges cards. See merch.
Settling with the venue
The show's Merch Settlement worksheet records the merch gross and the venue's merch percentage and shows the merch net to the artist. To work out the split from a count-in and count-out, use the merch settlement calculator, or download the merch count and settlement sheet.
Cash
Record merch cash in the show's Cash Worksheet, then log bank deposits in Cash Deposits to see what's still on hand. Merch access for crew is always view-only, and the tour owner decides who can see Settlement and Cash Deposits.
