Share a tour with your crew in 2 minutes

You've built the tour in TRMNGR. Now get it onto everyone's phone. This is the quick, button-by-button version. For the thinking behind who should see what, read sharing tour info with band and crew.

Step 1: Open Share Tour
Go to Production Office (the fourth bottom tab) → All Tours. Find the tour under YOUR TOURS, open Tour Actions (the three dots on the tour you want) and tap Share.
Step 2: Enter who you're inviting
Type the person's Name, pick a Role (Band, Tour Manager, FOH Engineer, Lighting Designer, Production Manager, or type a custom role) and enter their Email. Use the email they'll sign in with.
Step 3: Set their access
The Access table lists every area with a View and an Edit checkbox, grouped under Calendar, Stage and Production Office. New people start with view access to every Calendar and Stage area plus Contacts, Flights, Hospitality and Lodging. Settlement, Cash Deposits, Merch, Gear and Advance start off, and there's no edit access until you give it. Use View All, View None, Edit All or Edit None to set everything at once.
Step 4: Share and send the email
Tap Share and confirm. TRMNGR adds the person to the tour and opens an email to them that you can send. When they sign in to TRMNGR with that email, the tour appears under SHARED TOURS in their All Tours.
Step 5: Copy access to everyone else
Once one person is set up the way you want, open Production Office → Crew, tap that person, and use Apply to all crew at the bottom of the Edit person screen. Choose Everyone, Band or Crew and tap Apply. Crew means every role other than Band, including custom roles. Only access is copied, and the tour owner is never changed.
Changing or removing access later
- To change one person's access, open them in Crew and adjust the Access table.
- To remove someone, tap Revoke next to their name under Shared With in Share Tour. They stay in Crew as a contact with no access. To remove them completely, swipe their row left in Crew.
- If someone taps an area they can't view, they see "Ask [owner] for permission to view." with your name.
Troubleshooting
- They can't see the tour: check they signed in with the exact email you entered. A person can have several emails in Crew (one per line or comma-separated), and any of them works.
- They see the tour but not a section: that area's View box is off for them.
How TRMNGR helps
Everyone works from the same tour, and each person sees only their part: the drummer gets the schedule and hotel, FOH gets the plot and inputs, and settlement stays with you. See crew sharing and permissions for the full feature, and download the free band and crew contact sheet to collect everyone's details first.
