Guest list
The names the artist has put on for free entry or passes at a show.
The guest list is the list of names the artist has put on for a show: friends, family, press, industry and other bands, each with a quantity and the type of access (a ticket only, or a pass for backstage or production areas).
The tour manager sends the list to the box office by a cutoff time, usually in the afternoon, and guests pick up at will call with ID.
Example
"Avery S. +1, Guest · Radio promo, 1, VIP · Opener crew, 4, Production." Total: 7 spots, inside a 10-spot allocation. (EXAMPLE names.)
In TRMNGR
Each show day has a Guest List box with name, quantity and pass type (VIP, Production Pass or Guest), totals by type, and Export PDF for the box office. Or use the free guest list template.
