Day sheet
One page with everything about a single tour day: times, addresses, contacts and notes.
A day sheet is a one-page summary of a single tour day: the schedule (venue access, load-in, soundcheck, doors, set times, curfew, bus or lobby call), the venue address, hotel, key contacts, travel to the next stop and notes like parking or Wi-Fi. It's built from the advance.
Day sheets get printed and taped up backstage, texted to the band, and emailed to the venue so everyone works from the same times.
