TRMNGR vs Gigwell
Competitor details checked October 7, 2026 from their public websites. Features and prices change, so check their sites before deciding.
Gigwell and TRMNGR overlap less than you might think. Gigwell is booking agency software: contracts, deposits, a venue database and artist itineraries for agents and the artists they book. TRMNGR runs the tour once it is booked: day sheets, crew permissions, stage paperwork, settlements and merch. This comparison uses Gigwell’s public pages and TRMNGR’s actual features. We make TRMNGR.

Where Gigwell is stronger
- Booking. Contracts with e-sign, automatic deposit links and payment reminders. TRMNGR does none of this.
- Finding dates. A large venue and buyer database with capacity, genre and radius-clause search.
- Agency reporting. Revenue and agency analytics, plus ticket count collection across a tour.
- Native Android app available now.
- Talking to the agent. In-app chat between artists and their agent.
Where TRMNGR fits
Once the dates are booked, the day-to-day work is different: building day sheets, sharing the right parts with each crew member, keeping the stage plot and input list current, settling each night and tracking merch and cash. That's what TRMNGR is for. Plenty of acts could use both: Gigwell (or an agent's system) for the deals, TRMNGR for the road.
