Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TRMNGR, the tour management app for bands operated by Inkable Clothing (“we,” “us”). This includes the web app, the mobile apps and trmngr.com. By using TRMNGR, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TRMNGR helps artists, tour managers and crew plan and run tours. Features include calendars, day sheets, settlements, merch reporting, set lists, stage plots and related PDFs and exports. Features may change over time, and some may be offered as paid upgrades.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think it has been misused.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live.
• You're responsible for everything done under your account, including who you invite to your tours and the access you give them.

3. Your content

You own the tour data, files and other content you put into TRMNGR (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process, display and share Your Content only as needed to run the service for you. For example, this means syncing it and showing it to the crew you invite. You're responsible for having the right to upload Your Content, including other people's contact details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use TRMNGR to break the law, to infringe on anyone else's rights, to upload malware, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. Don't try to access other people's tours or accounts without permission.

5. Third-party services

TRMNGR can connect to Google (Sign-In, Calendar, Drive), Square and other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Money figures, ticket counts and merch numbers are only as accurate as the data you or those services provide. Check settlements before relying on them.

6. Paid features

If we offer paid features, such as removing PDF branding, we'll show the price and terms before you buy. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's billing and refund rules.

7. Termination

You can stop using TRMNGR and delete your account at any time (see Support). We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if we need to in order to protect the service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

TRMNGR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that calculations and exports will be free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of important information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inkable Clothing and TRMNGR won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the date above, and we'll tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. If you keep using TRMNGR after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
