Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TRMNGR (“TRMNGR,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. TRMNGR is a tour management app for bands, operated by Inkable Clothing. It covers the TRMNGR web app, the TRMNGR mobile apps and trmngr.com.

1. Information we collect

Account information

• Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account. We use them to create and identify your account.
• Email addresses you add for crew and invites, so those people can get access to a shared tour.

Tour data you enter

• Tour dates, venues, cities, schedules, hotels, travel, contacts and personnel.
• Guest lists, hospitality riders, set lists, stage plots, input lists and equipment lists.
• Settlement and money details, such as guarantees, ticket counts, expenses and notes.
• Files and documents you save to the in-app library.

Connected services (only if you link them)

• Google Calendar (calendar scope): lets TRMNGR create and maintain a TRMNGR calendar and keep tour dates in sync with it. We only create, update and remove events that TRMNGR manages.
• Google Drive (drive.file scope): lets TRMNGR back up files it creates, such as PDFs and exports, to a TRMNGR folder. This scope only gives us access to files TRMNGR created or that you open with it. We can't see the rest of your Drive.
• Square: if you connect Square, we read your merch inventory and sales to display them. TRMNGR doesn't change your Square data.

Technical information

• Basic device, browser and diagnostic information needed to run the service securely, such as error logs and sign-in events handled by our providers.

2. How we use information

• To provide the app: storing and syncing your tours, sharing them with the crew you invite, and producing PDFs and exports.
• To sync with Google Calendar and Google Drive when you ask us to.
• To respond to support requests and to keep the service secure.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your data for advertising.

3. Google user data

TRMNGR’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you turn on. We don't use it for ads or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and people don't read it unless you ask for help, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

4. How information is shared

• With your crew: tour data is visible to the people you invite, according to the view and edit access you give them.
• With service providers: we use Google Firebase (Google Cloud) for sign-in and data storage, plus our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf.
• For legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

5. Storage and security

Tour data is stored on your device and, when cloud sync is on, in Google Firebase. Access is limited to the tour’s owner and the people they invite, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete a tour, it's removed from sync. If you delete your account in the app, your account and the tours you own are deleted from our systems right away (requests by email are completed within 30 days), except where the law requires us to keep something.

7. Your choices and account deletion

• Unlink Google services: disconnect Calendar or Drive in the app, or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Access, correct or export: you can edit your tours in the app and export them as files.
• Delete your account: in the app, go to Production Office → Profile → Delete Account. This deletes your login and the tours you own right away, and removes you from tours others shared with you. If you can’t sign in, email pags@inkableclothing.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “TRMNGR Account Deletion,” and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days. 8. Children

TRMNGR isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
